3 plastic free products to help you say goodbye to single use plastics

Every day we are faced with many choices on how to have a positive impact on the environment. Plastic Free July challenges you further to reduce your reliance on single-use plastic.

We often don't realize how much plastic waste we are generating on a daily basis, whether it be plastic bags when you run into the supermarket, plastic straws every time you grab a quick soft drink, a plastic water bottle or that item you just grabbed with the excessive plastic packaging... it all quickly adds up.

Plastic Free July

We want to help make your choices easier, which is why we carefully curate our plastic free products to be part of the solution.

Our Lao Vine Collection offers great alternatives to some essential, everyday items. All of the products are 100% bio-degradable and are handmade to last. We've picked our top three plastic free products for the summer and think you will like them.

The Classic. This bag is so simple yet so stylish. Its long strap gives you the option to wear it as a cross-body bag. The size (roughly 13'' x 11') is practical to use as a market bag, beach bag or just your everyday handbag. At only $36 CAD, this bag is a steal.

The Body Scrubber. If you want smooth, glowing skin, this is the product for you. With its natural exfoliating powers, this helps remove all your dead skin, leaving your body soft and smooth. It is quick drying and naturally anti-bacterial. This self-care investment (on sale right now for $28!) will last you many good years.

The Mini Pouch. This little guy doesn't get enough credit for its versatility. It makes the perfect accessory for helping to stay organized and pairs perfectly in one of our bigger Lao Vine handbags or totes. Great as a coin purse, make up bag or just to store your essentials. Available in two different sizes and various colour patterns.
