All products are subject to availability. All items, prices and services featured on AMILLIONELEPHANTS.com are subject to change at anytime and without notice. All product descriptions and specifications are approximate.
All prices displayed are in CAD dollars. While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, sometimes errors may occur. Should there be a pricing error for your order, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.
Taxes will only be charged on orders shipping within Canada, appropriate to the postal code of your shipping address.
Taxes and duties for orders being shipped internationally will be charged at the time of import directly to the customer, and are not included in your invoice from A MILLION ELEPHANTS.
Shipping & Delivery:
A MILLION ELEPHANTS orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Please ensure that the intended delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we will not be held responsible for missing, misdirected or lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
Shipping within Canada:
Enjoy $4.95 flat-rate shipping on all orders within Canada. Shipping costs for priority shipping options are determined by the total amount of your purchase and the shipping speed selected. Shipping (standard) is always free on orders over $100 or more. Note: free shipping does not apply on priority shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
-Central Canada: 3-5 business days from order date
-West and East Coast: 5-7 business days from order date
-Northern Canada and rural locations: 7+ business days from order date
You can expect your order to arrive within 10 to 20 business days. Check the tracking number provided for the status of your shipment. ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES DUE ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES YOU ARE CHARGED.
By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease potential custom fees. In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your package, you may still be responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item. If a delivery is refused by you, then unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
A MILLION ELEPHANTS is not responsible for replacing lost packages if the carrier can verify the package was delivered. All orders are provided with an email with a tracking number so you can have an approximate delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your A MILLION ELEPHANTS online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange up to 10 days after delivery. We do not offer full returns.
All earring purchases are Final Sale. Sale and clearance merchandise are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the price tags and packaging intact.
Returns for exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges are processed within 10 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanged is processed.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email email@example.com and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Exchanges will not be accepted without an RA# from A MILLION ELEPHANTS.
A MILLION ELEPHANTS products are hand crafted and therefore each piece is unique. While all items are closely quality controlled, should your item not arrive in perfect condition, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we can assist you.
